Connecticut

Fairfield DPW – CT

2005 Initial phase with this customer involved replacing their existing FuelMaker manual cascade CNG system with a more significant fleet type quick fill CNG station. This included the design/engineering work, supply and installation of a Bauer compression module, inlet gas dryer, single hose dispenser, fuel management system, and ASME storage vessels, along with site electrical and plumbing work, including relocating the original FuelMaker units and integrating them into the system. The Town provided the civil work.

Glastonbury – CT

2011 The second phase of the project involved the engineering/design and installation of a temporary fill station for the Town’s expanding fleet of natural gas vehicles. Our project team removed the existing time-fill system supplied and installed a Bauer simplex compressor module, high-pressure storage vessels, quick-fill dispenser, and fuel management system. The Town again carried out the required civil and electrical work, and Air & Gas Technologies team provided project management of the station, plus supplied and installed all gas piping and high-pressure tubing and fittings for a turn-key project. The station design included provisions for future expansion, including space for the addition of a second compressor and storage system, gas and electrical services sized for the future load, and spare piping & conduit placed in the foundation for future use.

Meriden DPW – CT

2011 This project was completed and involved designing and installing a quick fill station for the Town’s expanding fleet of natural gas vehicles. We provided station design/engineering, installing a refurbished Bauer duplex compressor module, refurbished high-pressure storage vessels, quick-fill dispenser, and fuel management system. The Town carried out the required civil and electrical work, and Air & Gas Technologies personnel supplied and installed all gas piping and high-pressure tubing and fittings in conjunction with the Town’s Personnel.

Our internal team worked closely with the Town & Clean Cities to secure grant funds to build this station.

Easter Seals – Norwich – CT

In 2015 & 2016, we established a 20 vehicle CNG fleet in conjunction with grants from a non-Profit Organization that provided services for the disabled & handicapped. After the public bid process, Air & Gas Technologies team provided engineering/design services, permit applications to the local building department, a new gas service application & built a 20-position time-fill CNG Station.

Virginia

Arlington Virginia DWP & School District – VA

2007 Designed and built a CNG station for a school bus and DPW fleet. This was a refurbished duplex compressor system, high-pressure discharge dryers, Allen Bradley PLC & respective software, priority panel with ESD circuitry, ASME spheres storage vessels, dual dispensers, and fuel management system.

Maryland

Montgomery County Maryland – DPW – MD

2007 Designed & built a public access fast-fill CNG station in conjunction with the DPW facility for light-duty vehicles. This Duplex system included one refurbished unit and one new unit, high-pressure discharge dryers, Allen Bradley PLC & respective software, priority panel with ESD circuitry, ASME spheres storage vessels prepackaged on a common skid, dual dispensers, and a fuel management system.

New York

2018 Air & Gas Technologies upgraded the CNG system, which was initially built-in in 1998. The customer utilizes CNG to fuel trans to transport guests around the gardens. This included adding a second compressor system, modifications to the control system, piping system, and upgrades to the FDNY fire alarm system & continuous maintenance services. This was to provide added capacity, redundancy, and code compliance. Additionally, we provide intermittent vehicle services.

Town of Brookhaven – DPW – NY

In 2009 we provided upgrades to an original station that was built in 2003. This involved adding a second compressor, remote communications controller, priority panel, inlet gas dryer, dispenser, card reader system, back-up natural gas generator with automatic transfer switch, all necessary site work, including electric and gas, commissioning of the system, and integration of the card reader in conjunction with the petroleum system.
