Should you require accessibility to the back of the operations panel, no problem, we have your back, the panel tilts forward. All requisite panels are equipped with sound attenuated material. An integral rack built to accommodate four (4) storage cylinders is standard, along with the piping. Additionally, we provide two (2) ASME coded air storage cylinders as a part of the standard scope of supply. • The integrated 15-inch HMI touch screen allows operators to control the entire system from a central location with full visual interface of all system functions.
• The optional BAUER Gas-Tek™ gas monitoring system utilizes state-of-the-art gas sensor technology with real-time assessment of breathing air quality to assure safety. Trace elements of CO and other harmful gases in excess of preset limits will force the compressor to shut off and display an alarm on the HMI touch screen. The HMI will also automatically prompt a quarterly system calibration in accordance with NFPA guidelines.
• The optional Lab On Locale 2™ facilitates real-time sampling of the compressed air and transmits the readings via internet uplink to an accredited third-party lab to satisfy quarterly air sample testing/reporting as prescribed by NFPA 1989.
• The optional RFID Reader (Data-Logging Interface) automatically reads and records data from the RFID equipped SCBA cylinders. Simply set the cylinder in one of three (3) fill positions and the scanner antenna will automatically provide the date/location/pressure/person of the last fill along with serial number and the bottle’s total number of fills. Both BAUER UNICUS All-In-One packages are designed for simplified installation and Single Point operations..

The 7000 psig UNICUS package offerings feature the same rich scope of supply amenities found on the 5000 or 6000 psig products then upgrade all the system components for enhanced safe and reliable operations at 7000 psig. Each system is available with either a 4 or 5-stage performance proven BAUER air cooled compressor built for continuous operations at 7000 psig. BAUER offers two (2) modes of pneumatic operations, either with manual controls incorporated within the UNICUS 4S, or step up to the fully automated controls found on the UNICUS 4i. Whichever platform you select will come as standard with four (4) 7000 psig rated ASME air storage cylinders with each cylinder affixed with its own ASME coded safety relief valve and drain valve with the latter piped to a convenient package location just in case you must drain the cylinder/s. Additionally, each model incorporates an intuitive operations panel-mounted HMI assuring the operator can ergonomically control and monitor all system functions.
